1.    Solve the small problems
2.    Always have control over your body

ROUTINES:

The following are daily routines in Health & Fitness…

ENTERING HEALTH & FITNESS:
Students will enter thru the double-doors and sit in their team lines unless a Warm-Up-Of-The-Day has been placed on the doorway (see warm-up folder below hallway computer for complete list of warm-ups). Students are expected to start warm-ups independently while maintaining control of their bodies.

EXITING HEALTH & FITNESS:
Students who have been excused will line up at the double doors in two, even lines (behind lane #1 and lane #2). Students may talk with each other, but they must quiet down upon hearing my signal:
Mr. Millsap: “Go Bee Hive”
Students: “Dot Commmmmmm”.
Student will then receive 5 points based on my assessment of the following 5 team questions (located on the doorway). 1. Did you line up appropriately? 2. Did you control your body? 3. Did you solve the small problems? 4. Did you put your equipment away? 5. Question of the day (related to today’s lesson)?

BATHROOM/ WATER USE:
Students may be excused to use the bathroom in emergency situations. Hall passes are located at the entry/exit doors
